2. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING.

SINNE ENERGY will process your data for the following purposes and legal bases:

• Managing the queries that users submit through the contact form on the website, processing identification data (name and surname, email address), with the legal basis being the execution of the pre-contractual relationship.
• Managing the sending of commercial electronic communications, processing the user’s email address, with the legal basis being consent.
• Managing queries or doubts that users submit through the WhatsApp Business channel and by phone call, processing identification data (name and surname, phone number, and, where applicable, email address) regarding how to purchase a product offered on the website, with the legal basis being the execution of the pre-contractual relationship or, where applicable, the contractual relationship.
• Management, fulfillment, and execution of product purchases offered on the website through WhatsApp, based on the execution of the contractual relationship.

For the processing carried out on the website, SINNE ENERGY does not carry out international data transfers.

Specifically, the personal data collected for the following processing will be retained according to the criteria described below:

• Personal data collected through queries submitted through the contact form on the website, as well as those submitted through WhatsApp or by phone call, will be retained for the time necessary to resolve the query and until the user exercises their right to deletion.
• Data necessary for the sending of commercial electronic communications will be retained until the user requests to unsubscribe from the service by following the instructions at the bottom of each email.
• Personal data necessary for the formalization of product purchases will be retained for a period of five (5) years.
